Growing up on the mean streets of Watts, Inglewood, and Compton, amidst the most unfavorable conditions and making a life is indeed a task which this man has attained. He used the hustler mentality that he imbibed while growing up in a positive direction to conquer dual careers, one as a businessman and the other as a music artist. History has it that people arising from such backgrounds which have gangsters as role models either don’t achieve anything in life or end up being behind bars, but Brxce was an exception as he rose above these negativities that surrounded his dwelling to become a role model for many youngsters coming from such backgrounds to pick up the broken pieces and mend their lives in a better way. How did he manage to come out of these challenging circumstances to make a good life is what many want to know? “I have always been more of a hustler than a gangster, and whatever the situations I went through, I tried to flip that into a more positive manner, channelizing my energy in a better way than falling deep into the puddle of negativities,” says Brxce.
He emerged from the deep troubled waters to step into the world of fashion and media world by founding his clothing brand in partnership named ‘Trapwoodz’, a brand which is expected to hit every physical store across America shortly. One wonders what made him choose the name, and what does ‘Trap’ really mean? “The word T.R.A.P is the story of my life, and the acronym means Take Risk and Prosper,” says Brxce, which is exactly what he is doing at this moment in his life. Apart from establishing himself as a fine entrepreneur, he has also gone ahead in creating a career in music and media also. He picked up his own production equipments as hiring those cost a bomb, and founded his very own media company, ‘Shooterz Media’.
Brxce has indeed come a long way from the young man who grew up in the notorious neighborhoods of the most infamous Compton, Inglewood, and Watts, and made a life which was unexpected by many, given his background. Today, he towers in his fields of work and stands as a true inspiration for many who want to make it big in life, just like him.
